As a student research assistant for CPAR I currently work on various tasks including literature reviews, gathering and organizing data, survey development, and other research needs as necessary. As an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Ph.D. student, my applied research interests lie in worker well-being, job satisfaction, and organizational development practices. In my time at UNO, I have completed various research projects, including those looking at workplace stressors and their impacts on employee creativity at work and projects related to virtual team effectiveness in the healthcare industry. I also recently completed a summer internship in HR Analytics with local 51社区 organization, Green Plains Inc., completing various data and survey development projects.
