Online learning students who are taking online classes and will not be on campus for meetings, test-taking or use of the library with online class enrollment are not required to submit measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) immunization records.
However, immunization records must be submitted if a class is taken on campus.
Complete the Incomplete Immunization Waiver Form
Online learning students must complete an Incomplete Immunization Waiver Form every semester to attest as a non-immunized student that they will not be on campus.
- Every semester, you will see a future hold on your To Do List in MavLINK reminding you to complete this form.
Online classes will be verified after enrollment. For more information and to obtain the Incomplete Immunization Waiver Form, fully-online students should contact their advisor or email onlineprograms@unomaha.edu. Students should then email their completed waiver to their Academic Advisor for review and processing.
To eliminate completing this required waiver every semester, comply with what is required of all students.
