16 Mavericks Named AHCA/Krampade Academic All-American Scholars
To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained at least a 3.6 grade-point average for each semester, regardless of whether the school's hockey team was able to play this season or not.

- 16 members of the 2020-21 51ÉçÇø hockey team were each honored by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) as Krampade Division I All-American Scholars in the fifth year of the award's existence, the AHCA announced Monday.
Representing the Mavericks on the fifth annual academic achievement list were Josh Boyer, Jimmy Glynn, Jordan Klehr, Travis Kothenbeutel, Nolan Krenzen, Matt Miller, Chayse Primeau, Kirby Proctor, Noah Prokop, Jack Randl, Brandon Scanlin, John Schuldt, Jason Smallidge, Nolan Sullivan, Martin Sundberg and Jacob Zab.
Due to the effects of COVID-19, the AHCA adopted revised criteria for this year's honorees. To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained at least a 3.6 grade-point average for each semester, regardless of whether the school's hockey team was able to play this season or not.
